Hi MArci
I would like to check ProSIM and need to run again the latest profiler setup for getting the drivers installed, but I just have the v513.exe.
Kind regards
Stefan

Hi Marcin
thank you for the quick reply. Profiler reinstalled but still an issue. Profiler shuts down all the time when starting sdk mode. This is the error log:
11/7/2020 11:31:39 AM: Received input report (0x31 0x00 0x00 0x9C) from unknown device '0x31' on IO LOWERPED. Check Your hardware configuration and application settings.
11/7/2020 11:31:39 AM: Received input report (0x31 0xC8 0x16 0x80) from unknown device '0x31' on IO Mip. Check Your hardware configuration and application settings.
It chooses the skalarkisdk profile, the other profiles disapear in the list.
Do you have an idea?
Kind regards

Most probably doesn't shut but simply minimises. For P&P hardware and ProSim Profiles are not used. There error logs, you provided have nothing to do. These are only info, but means nothing for user.

Hi Marcin
I have found the mismatch: did not install the Prosim A320, I thought that comes with the main installation :-)

Hi Marcin
even after installing the aircraft from Prosim. IO Profiler shuts down after starting in SDK mode. Is there anything I can check somewhere? I checked in task manager and it comes up, after 10 seconds it disapears in task manager.
Any idea?
Kind regards

Very strange. I have never seen such a behaviour. You can see in Windows Events Log. If Profiler is crashing there should be the info about this.
