Resuelta FF A320 plugin - starts always in "settings" mode

The FF A320 plugin has two modes: "settings" and "fly".

As far as I understand the "settings"-mode forces X-plane to leave the fullscreen-mode (which can be handy for messing around with the profiler or other software).

The problem ist: the plugin seems to start EVERYTIME in "settings"-mode, which is annoying because I have always to switch back to "fly"-mode manually to get my fullscreen mode back.

Since there is a cockpit.ini inside the plugin-folder, I suppose, there could be an entry which forces the plugin to start in "fly"-mode?

This was fixed in most recent plugin version. There is no more Settings mode.
