Delivery

Each order is delivered via the courier company within 2 days in the UK, 4 days in the EU, outside the EU: 4-8 days from the date of the shipping confirmation email. All deliveries will generally be made between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery at a specific time of day. All taxes are based on the relevant rates in the delivery area.

The delivery will be made to the address entered during registration process, except the pallet deliveries, which will be made to the building door only. If the goods on the pallet need to be moved over the floors and inside the building, a customer must notify us about it before the delivery. This special arrangement might require extra costs.

We may contact you to arrange a delivery time upon the receipt of your order by email. We will endeavour to deliver at the agreed time.
However, we cannot guarantee the delivery dates and times, as these may be affected by any circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to contact you if we are forewarned of the delays. For this reason, we are unable to accept responsibility for the waste of time, and we recommend that goods are ordered well in advance of any project start dates. -
All the goods must be signed for to confirm the receipt.
Returns
The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the delivery date.
Exceptions
Discounted products and products on promotions.
Defective Product
All our products are fully inspected and shipped in a perfect condition. However, should you receive a defective item, please notify us within two days of the receipt to be eligible for the return.
Return Process
- Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.
- After receiving your RA# please fill out the returns form and pack your item securely into same or equivalent box and send it to the address provided.
- Email us at shop@skalarki-electronics.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns made without the RA# will not be accepted.
- Write your RA# given to you on the outside of your package and on your returns form.
- Items must be returned with all original vendor packaging in the condition you received it as they are considered part of the product. Items which do not meet these requirements will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges and Store Credits
Once your item for exchange is received, your new item will be sent to you. Please allow 4-5 days of the processing time. Exchanges and store credits must be made for the in-stock items, and cannot be used with a discount coupon code or for the pre-ordered items. Once an exchange is made, the exchanged item cannot be returned again for either a refund nor an exchange.
Refund Information
Refunds will be credited to the same card used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for any order which included free shipping. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to be processed. Depending on your credit card company's processing times, it can take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Refused Shipments
Refused shipments will be assessed at 25% restock fee and all shipping charges. Please note, we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.
International Returns
Please follow the same directions as for the domestic returns. International customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of exchanges and returns.
