Entertainment Maintenance Plan is designed for any commercial user, where system is used in entertainment business excluding pilot training. Entertainment Maintenance Plan gives access to support after warranty period as well to Software updates. Plan can be purchased only if user have valid SkalarkiIO Profiler Entertainment Licence. Maintenance Plan is an software update, which happen on Licencing server. Status of licence is available from SkalarkiIO Profiler/About dialogue window. Entertainment Maintenance Plan includes:

• Free updates for 12 months (after that time, user can buy maintenance plan to extend upgrades period),
• Support via email (5 different problems or 2 hours of active support),
• Team Viewer Support,
• Basic hardware support.
